摘 要

如今,人们越来越重视基建安全,随着人们生活水平的提高建筑物质量安全问题也更加得到关注,人们对于建筑物的要求不仅仅局限于可以使用,而且要求美观环保,质量可靠。尤其是近年来豆腐渣工程问题的经常发生,这些事件使得人们对建筑物的质量安全问题更加关心,也对建筑物的建造提出了更高的要求。

溯源系统作为装配式建筑构件质量安全管理的重要方式,在建筑构件从生产到使用的整个过程中,存储记录建筑构件在各个环节的相关信息。当发现建筑构件有质量问题时,可以通过该系统有效地查询各个环节信息以及及时发现出现问题的生产环节,必要时将建筑构件收回,并针对性的进行补救,最大程度的降低损失,提高建筑物的质量水平。

本文研究了国内外装配式建筑以及溯源系统建设的相关内容,并且结合现在溯源系统建设的现状,针对性的提出了建立装配式建筑构件溯源系统。通过对国内外装配式建筑结合溯源系统相关知识进行分析与研究,本文进行了系统功能需求分析和性能需求分析,并根据此设计了系统的总体框架。在基于建筑构件的生产,运输,使用等中间过程,提出了装配式建筑构件溯源系统平台建设的解决方案:利用MyEclipse集成开发环境,JAVA语言,MYSQL数据库,来实现了建筑构件的溯源查询,管理员进行发布管理信息,生厂商管理生产信息,运输商管理运输信息,建筑企业管理使用信息,并且提供一个可视化,可操作的友好界面。同时,也增加了公告通知等功能,为消费者和企业提供更多关于建筑构件相关的信息。人们可以清晰的了解各环节建筑构件的信息,提高了人们对建筑质量安全的信心,也促使建筑施工更加高效安全。

Traceability System of Assembled Building Components

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to the safety of infrastructure construction. With the improvement of people's living standards, the quality and safety of buildings are more and more concerned. People's requirements for buildings are not only limited to use, but also beautiful, environmentally friendly and reliable. Especially in recent years, tofu residue engineering problems often occur. These incidents make people more concerned about the quality and safety of buildings, and also put forward higher requirements for building construction.

Traceability system, as an important way of quality and safety management of assembled building components, stores and records the relevant information of building components in every link during the whole process from production to use. When the quality problems of building components are found, the system can effectively query the information of each link and find out the production link of the problems in time. If necessary, the building components will be retrieved, and targeted remediation will be carried out to minimize the loss and improve the quality level of the building.

This paper studies the related contents of the construction of assembly building and traceability system at home and abroad, and combines the current situation of the construction of traceability system, puts forward the establishment of the traceability system of assembly building components. Based on the analysis and research of the knowledge of assembly building combined with traceability system at home and abroad, this paper carries out the system function requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis, and designs the overall framework of the system. Based on the intermediate process of production, transportation and use of building components, this paper puts forward a solution to the construction of the platform of the assembly building component traceability system: using MyEclipse integrated development environment, JAVA language and MYSQL database to realize traceability query of building components, administrators publish management information, producers manage production information, transporters manage transportation information, and buildings. Enterprise management uses information, and provides a visual, operational friendly interface. At the same time, the functions of announcement and notification are added to provide more information about building components for consumers and enterprises. People can clearly understand the information of building components in each link, which improves people's confidence in building quality and safety, and also promotes building construction to be more efficient and safe.
