摘 要

本课题在分析了互动类保险知识网站现状以及对现有的互动类保险知识网站进行研究比较的基础上，针对互动类保险知识网站的特殊性，设计研发了一套基于JSP的基于HTML5互动类保险知识网站。本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用MySQL作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的基于HTML5互动类保险知识网站。

网站功能主要分为两部分，第一部分为保险咨询了解，第二部分为用户互动交流。保险咨询通过网站管理员进行编辑并发布，供所有前来网站浏览的用户观看。互动版块供用户之间交流关于保险的相关心得及经验，实现资讯发布的同时，第一时间可以进行讨论。管理员的设置使网站能够更加稳定、高效地运行，使交流环境更加文明、和谐，响应政府倡导，配合政府工作，净化网络环境。

ABSTRACT

On the analysis of the interactive insurance knowledge site situation and based on a comparative study of the interactions of current insurance knowledge website, according to particularity of interactive insurance knowledge website, design and development of the a JSP based on HTML5 interactive insurance knowledge of Web site based on this project. The front desk is mainly used JSP as a development language, the background using MySQL as a database management system, development environment MyEclipse, server using tomcat, developed a based on Web technology and the B / S structure based on HTML5 interactive insurance knowledge of the site.

1.1课题背景与意义

随着社会的发展,人们对保险的意识不断增强,对保险产品的需求日益增多。保险公司的营销业务量也因此以每年翻一倍的速度发展,保险工作不仅政策性强、涉及面广、计算复杂,而且准确性要求高、需要处理的数据量大,数据及档案保存的时间长,传统的手工的管理方式已经无法适应新的业务发展的需要。为了适应保险公司营销业务的持续快速发展,有必要将管理信息系统以及网络技术引入到保险公司的营销管理过程中,建立起保险营销综合业务管理信息系统,充分发挥网络以及信息管理系统的技术特点,以满足保险工作的需要。在保险市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下，企业的信息化程度直接决定了公司现代化管理程度的高低，继而影响到公司经营和发展。该系统灵活地为大量的具有不同需求的用户提供有质量保证的保险服务，为人们建立新的工作、生活保障体系。
