摘 要

随着时代的飞速发展与进步,全球进入信息时代,发展的同时各行各业的竞争越来越激烈,为了谋求生存,在自己的领域中占有一席之地,许多行业将自己的业务与信息技术相结合。金融行业是众多行业之中竞争较为激烈的行业,银行之间的竞争又是金融业中竞争激烈的一行。经济全球化的背景下,越来越多外资银行入驻中国,而拥有领先科技技术的外企银行迅速在国内银行市场立足脚跟。面对外忧内患,各大银行为了谋求生存发展,争取更多的用户,必须在业务管理和服务上必须占有优势。为了更便捷有效的管理服务客户,各大银行相继推出客户关系管理系统(Customer Relationship Management System)。

本文是对银行客户关系管理系统的一项设计,是在目前国内外对该系统较为成熟的研究上,结合目前各大银行对客户关系管理系统的需求进行分析后所设计的。首先,是对该项设计的研究背景和意义做一个简单的阐述,分析当前行情继而得出该项研究预计达到的目标。其次,是在设计中用户需要实现哪些功能的分析。第三章是阐述对该项研究设计过程中所用到的理论和技术支持。第四部分是完成该项设计后,对设计的功能实现和调试。第五部分为对本研究的结论与该设计的使用说明。

Customer Relationship Management System of Bank

Abstract

With the development and progress of the times,the world has entered the era of information. With the developing,all walks want to be successful.So there are more and more fierce competition.In order to seek survival.Every walks want to occupy a place in their industry.More and more industries will own business and information technology combined.Financial industry is one of the most competitive industries in many industries.The bank is one of the financial industries .Under the background of economic globalization,more and more banks come from foreign begin to enter China.Many foreign banks with leading technology and the leading technology make the foreign banks occupy the market quickly.In the face of external worry,the major banks in order to seek survival and development and strive for more users.They must be in business management and service have an advantage.In order to more convenient and effective launched a customer relationship management system (Relationship Management System Customer).

In this paper for the purpose of bank customer relationship management system of a design study, in at present at home and abroad of the mature system of research, combined with the major banks to the customer relationship management system needs a design. First of all, it is the research background and significance of the design to do a simple exposition, analysis of the current market and then come to the goal of the study is expected to achieve. Secondly, it is in the design of the user needs to achieve what function analysis. The third chapter is the theoretical and technical support for the design process of the research. The fourth part is the completion of the design, the design of the function of the realization and debugging. The fifth part is the conclusion of this study and the design of the use of instructions.
