摘 要

在互联网迅速发展的今天，网络已经逐步成为人们快速获取信息、发布信息和传递信息的重要渠道。它的出现，都赋予以往的传统行业了新的生命力，不仅仅极大的提高了我们的生活生活水平和改善了我们的生活条件。相对其他传统行业而言，就医一直与我们生息息息相关，互联网 医院的模式也在逐步渗入我们的生活中。

就目前的看病时所遇见的“三长一短”问题而言，“挂号时间长、候诊时间长、取药时间长、就诊时间短”是我们迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。而门诊是患者就医的“第一站”，被议论最多的就是挂号就诊。改变传统的即时挂号即时就诊模式，采用基于互联网的线上预约平台系统俨然是一个很不错的选择，能够更加有效的利用医院的资源配置，也能避免“号贩子”的出现。

本次网站是以HTML5为基础，Eclipse为开发工具，采用java语言连接MYSQL，实现患者的在线注册，在线挂号等功能，根据不同科室的信息选择自己合适的时间和了解的医生进行预约挂号。在后台，管理员可以通过管理账户对医院的新闻中心、科室、医生和患者的具体信息和医生的排班信息进行有效管理；医生亦可登录查询自己的排班信息，对自己的接诊病人进行管理。

Today, with the rapid development of the Internet, the network has gradually become an important channel for people to quickly obtain, publish and transmit information. Its appearance has endowed the traditional industries with new vitality, not only greatly improved our living standards and living conditions. Compared with other traditional industries, medical treatment has always been closely related to our interest and the mode of Internet hospital is gradually infiltrating into our lives.

As far as the current "three lengths and one short" problem encountered in medical treatment is concerned, "long registration time, long waiting time, long time for taking medicine, short time for consultation" is an urgent problem to be solved. The outpatient clinic is the "first stop" for patients to seek medical treatment, and the most criticized is registered medical treatment. To change the traditional instant registration and instant medical treatment mode, it is a good choice to adopt the Internet-based online booking platform system, which can make more effective use of hospital resource allocation and avoid the emergence of "number traffickers".

This website is based on HTML5, Eclipse as a development tool, using java language to connect MYSQL, to achieve online registration of patients, online registration and other functions, according to the information of different departments to choose their own appropriate time and know the doctor to make an appointment registration. In the background, the administrator can effectively manage the specific information of the hospital news center, department, doctor and patient and the information of the doctor's schedule through the management account; the doctor can also log in and inquire about his own schedule information.

绪论

课题背景和意义

当今社会，“看病难”一直是被关注的“民生”问题之一，它的不仅出现在“高价专家号”这种被大众所知晓的问题上，还出现在最基础的挂号就诊问题上。传统的医院门诊挂号模式都是即时挂号即时就诊的门诊，这种模式在患者相对较少时并不会出现太大的问题，整体来讲相对的方便快捷。但是在伴随着像流感高发期的换季时节，医院就诊人员会激多；亦或者在一些人口众多的大城市，医院设备先进，医疗技术领先，看病的人数整体偏高的。那么在这些情况下，继续使用传统的挂号模式就有可能出现“排队时间长”、“挂号难”、“就诊不及时”的情况，门诊挂号厅高峰期时甚至可能出现患者病菌交叉感染的情况。

伴随着现在迅速发展的互联网，为了使就诊人员在医院挂号更家及时、便捷，各大医院技术人员联系互联网推出了新的挂号模式——线上预约挂号。本次开发设计便是开发一个医院的线上预约挂号平台，以现实生活中的大型医院网上预约平台系统为依据，确定必备的功能，来有效的缓解“三长一短”问题，在线上的预约挂号平台实现让患者能够远距离有效的挂号，患者可以根据自己的实际情况，选择方便的就诊时间，有针对性，有目的性的去医院就诊，并且也可以直接在线预约挂号自己觉得合适的医生。
