摘 要

城市在建设中很大程度的破坏了环境，现有的绿化不能满足人们渴望与自然接触的需求，因此森林担负起人与自然接触的责任。而想要进入森林各个角落，林区公路网起着非常重要的作用。森林公路网是林业生产中必不可少的设施，精心规划的森林公路网络对于实现可持续森林管理的目标至关重要。森林公路服务于森林生产以及人类活动，在商业用途，防火和娱乐活动中都发挥着非常关键的作用。本文主要研究森林公路网络的规划以及给出一个可能的参考算法。首先介绍了分析手段和方法，之后针对具体的森林区域给出了详细规划。本研究是在地理空间数据云网站下载免费的地理图像并使用现有技术从地理信息中提取出精确的数据，利用这些数据来分析森林公园的道路网络，根据分析的结果来为森林管理人员提供可能的规划新道路的思路和替代方案。本文具体分析区域是南京老山国家森林公园。从地理空间数据云网站南京获取老山国家森林公园的地理信息，用arcgis和matlab软件处理获取的原始图象，提取出数据，对南京老山国家森林公园内公路网络的现状进行分析，整理得出老山国家森林公园现有森林公路网络的缓冲覆盖率，算出每个点到现有道路的最终距离，并利用设计的道路规划算法规划新的森林公路，扩大老山国家森林公园的道路覆盖率，使得森林的更多表面变得可达，改变老山国家森林公园现有路网覆盖率低，大片区域无法进入的缺点，从而对其他林区进行路网规划时提供一个参考和借鉴。

Study on Forest Road Network Planning and Its Algorithms

ABSTRACT

The City destroys the environment to a great extent in the construction. The existing greening can not meet the people's desire to contact with nature. Therefore, the forest shoulders the responsibility of contacting with human and nature. In order to enter every corner of the forest, the forest road network plays a very important role. Forest highway network is an indispensable facility in forestry production. Carefully planned forest highway network is essential to achieve the goal of sustainable forest management. Forest highway serves forest production and human activities, and plays a key role in commercial use, fire prevention and entertainment activities. This paper mainly studies the planning of forest highway network and gives a possible reference algorithm. Firstly, the analysis means and methods are introduced, and then the detailed planning for specific forest areas is given. The purpose of this study is to download free geographic images from geospatial data cloud sites and extract precise data from geographic information using existing technologies. The data are used to analyze the road network of forest parks, and provide forest managers with possible ideas and alternatives for planning new roads according to the results of the analysis. The specific analysis area of this paper is Laoshan National Forest Park in Nanjing. Geographical information of Laoshan National Forest Park is obtained from Nanjing Geospatial Data Cloud Website. The original image is processed by ArcGIS and MATLAB software, and the data are extracted. The current situation of the highway network in Laoshan National Forest Park is analyzed. The buffer coverage of the existing forest highway network in Laoshan National Forest Park is sorted out, and the final road from each point to the existing one is calculated. Distance, and use the designed road planning algorithm to plan the new forest highway, expand the road coverage of Laoshan National Forest Park, make the more surface of the forest more accessible, change the low coverage of the existing road network of Laoshan National Forest Park and the inaccessibility of large areas, so as to provide a reference for other forest areas in road network planning.

1 绪论

1.1 研究的目的及意义

由于人们对生态环境的向往，森林公园作为一个旅游景点逐渐兴起。而园内的公路也值得关注。森林公路网是森林日常活动中必不可少的设施，规划良好的森林公路网对于实现可持续森林管理的目标至关重要。森林道路在商业目的、防火和娱乐活动中都发挥着非常关键的作用。过去，森林道路的修建主要是为了协助木材和非木材产品的开采和运输，而现在，森林道路网可用于居民的交通、进入牧场、改善和维护水工程结构、改善野生动物生活环境、开展娱乐活动、预防和管理自然灾害以及防火和灭火。由于城市的绿化达不到人们对自然接触的需求，森林作为旅游地点也迅速开发，森林绿植覆盖率高，树种众多，容纳许多动物，自然风景和人文都很吸引人们前去，合理的规划和建设林区道路，能够让森林成为一个良好的旅游地点，增加森林的经济效益。而且森林公路对森林的交通运输也很重要，在开放的环境和平滑的路面上,车辆运行起来速度更快,流通性更好,运送货物效率更高,运送货物的成本也会相应降低许多，对于森林来说，如果建设新的旅游景点、开发新的旅游项目，良好的路网都会使得建设过程很便利。此外，林区需要长期维护，涉及到农业种植和病虫害的治理问题，若森林路网规划良好，林区工作人员可以深入森林各个角落，及时有效地处理问题，可以使得森林持续发展。因此，对还在发展中的林区来说，森林公路网的规划和建设变得十分重要。

对森林公路网进行研究和规划，可以改变现有公路网覆盖率低，森林表面很多区域无法进入，林区生产和人类活动受限的缺点和问题，并且规划中提出和采取的办法和措施，可以为其他人对别的林区进行规划时提供可能的参考思路。本文选取了南京老山国家森林公园为具体研究对象，在现有森林路网的基础上，为南京老山国家森林公园规划出新的道路，形成新的道路网络，增大南京老山国家森林公园路网缓冲覆盖范围，使得森林内更多的区域变得可以到达，以便老山国家森林公园可持续发展，开发出更多的娱乐项目，增加更多的森林公园营收。
