高校科研成果管理系统的设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

随着人们环保意识的提高,各行业办公用品需求的不断升级,现代化和信息化建设步伐加快,无纸化办公室已经逐渐应用于许多工业领域,软件也在无纸化办公室中发挥关键作用,同时可以为不同行业的用户提供相应的应用接口。在互联网的帮助下,电子文档可以在不同的用户之间传播,反馈可以进一步审查。并且随着社会科学的进步,人民群众的物质生活水平不断提高,面对科学研究和技术的飞速发展,高校科研成果的数量也越来越大,传统的人工管理方式越来越难以满足实际需要。

本文详细的介绍了高校科研成果管理系统的开发过程,以及其中用到的技术,主要实现了根据需求分析确定系统分为系统管理员、科研人员、科研秘书、科研管理人员四种用户,他们具有不同的功能,所有四种用户都具有密码修改、注销登录并回到登录界面的功能;另外,系统管理员模块功能有关于其它三类人员的增加、修改、删除以及系统数据的备份;科研人员模块具有科研项目的在线申报及修改、科研成果的在线申报及修改、通知信息的查看及反馈、通知文件信息的查看及反馈等功能;科研秘书负责科研项目的中检及终结、通知信息的发送、通知文件信息的发送、反馈信息的查看等;科研管理人员模块功能有科研项目的评分、科研项目及成果的查询等。

本系统采用B/S三层体系结构,可以更好的支持分布式计算环境,充分利用网络的计算功,采用MYSQL数据库和JavaScript技术,以JAVA为编程语言,基于JAVA EE进行开发设计,具有较高的安全性能。后台数据库采用的是Navicat进行可视化处理,前端开发工具是eclipse。该高校科研成果管理系统作为一款管理软件可以实现科研成果管理规范化,系统化和自动化,提高了高校科研成果管理的工作效率和准确性。

ABSTRACT

With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, the demand for office supplies in various industries has been constantly upgraded, and the pace of modernization and information construction has been accelerated. Paperless office has been gradually applied in many industrial fields. Software also plays a key role in the paperless office. At the same time, it can provide corresponding application interfaces for users in different industries. With the help of the Internet, electronic documents can be spread among different users, and feedback can be further reviewed. Nowadays, with the advancement of social sciences, the people’s material living standards are continuously improving. Facing the rapid development of scientific research and technology, the number of scientific research achievements in universities is also increasing, and traditional manual management methods are increasingly difficult to satisfy. need. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop the scientific research achievement management system in colleges and universities.

This article describes in detail the process of the development of scientific research achievement management systems in colleges and universities, as well as the technologies used in them. It mainly realizes that the system is divided into system administrators, scientific researchers, scientific research secretaries, and scientific research managers based on requirements analysis. Different functions, all four users have the function of password modification, logout and return to the login interface; In addition, the function of the system administrator module is related to the addition, modification, deletion of the other three types of personnel and backup of system data; The module has the functions of on-line reporting and revision of scientific research projects, on-line reporting and revision of scientific research results, viewing and feedback of notification information, viewing and feedback of notification document information, etc. Scientific research secretaries are responsible for the inspection and termination of scientific research projects and the sending of notification information, Notification of document information transmission, feedback information viewing, etc.; scientific research management personnel module has the scientific research project's rating, research projects and results of inquiries.

This system adopts B/S three-tier architecture, which can better support distributed computing environment, make full use of network computing power, adopt MYSQL database and JavaScript technology, use JAVA as programming language, and develop and design based on JAVA EE high safety performance. The background database uses Navicat for visualization, and the front-end development tool is eclipse. The college scientific research achievement management system as a management software can realize the standardization, systematization and automation of the scientific research achievement management, and improve the work efficiency and accuracy of the scientific research achievement management in colleges and universities.
