摘 要

随着时代的发展，网上业务越来越受到人们的欢迎，其中给人们带来的最大的方便的便是互联网。近几年随着互联网的飞速发展，我国的各个行业得到了较快的发展，改变了人们的工作生活方式。伴随我国生活水平的提高以及生活节奏的加快，许多人没有时间顾及家务，大多数人去家政公司窗口排队去预约，给人们带来诸多不便，因此云家政服务平台应运而生。

本系统是针对家政服务的管理开发的，系统实现了用户、管理员和员工三个用户角色的功能，实现了家政服务相关信息的管理操作。用户和员工可以在前端即app上进行登录注册，管理员不可注册可以登录。用户登录可看到家政门店发布的关于员工广告；可修改个人信息；可对于相关家政服务进行预约。员工登录后可查看并修改个人信息，以及通过购买网络课程进行视频培训。管理员登陆后可见有关用户员工所有的相关信息包括门店信息，个人信息，订单信息以及网络课程信息。本设计阐述了在Android平台下云家政服务平台的开发过程，其目的是让人们能够在Android平台的移动设备上享用传统WEB上家政服务管理的基本功能。使用Android Studio及eclipse完成代码编写。采用MYSQL数据库进行数据存储，在不同型号的设备模拟器上测试通过。“操作简单，功能实用”这是本软件设计的核心理念，本系统力求创造最好的用户体验。

Design and implementation of cloud housekeeping platform

ABSTRACT

With the development of the times, the online business has become more and more popular, and the greatest convenience to people is the Internet. In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, various industries in China have achieved rapid development and have changed people’s working lifestyles. With the improvement of living standards in our country and the acceleration of the pace of life, many people do not have time to take care of housework. Most people go to the window of the housekeeping company to make appointments and bring a lot of inconvenience to the people. Therefore, a cloud home service platform came into being.

This system is developed for the management of domestic service. it realizes the functions of users, administrators and employees, and realizes the management operation of information related to domestic service. Users and employees can log in and register on the front-end app, while administrators can't register and log in. Users can log in and see the advertisements about employees published by the housekeeping store. Personal information can be modified; Reservation can be made for related domestic service. Employees can view and modify their personal information after logging in and conduct video training by purchasing online courses. After logging in, the administrator can see all relevant information about the user's employees, including store information, personal information, order information and online course information. This design elaborates the development process of cloud housekeeping service platform under Android platform, aiming at enabling people to enjoy the basic functions of traditional web housekeeping service management on mobile devices on Android platform. Use Android studio and eclipse to finish code writing. Mysql database is used to store data, which is tested and passed on different device simulators. " simple operation and practical function" is the core concept of this software design, and this system strives to create the best user experience.

1 绪论

1.1 选题背景

随着时代的发展，信息化进程不断加快，人们的工作和生活已经逐步进入到了信息化时代，云家政服务平台是以家政服务的管理为实例而设计的一种实用型的管理系统。随着我国人们生活水平的不断提高，家政服务日益兴起，受到了人们的欢迎，由此家政服务的管理工作也越来越繁重，结合当前Android系统的优势和普及，为了提高工作效率更好的为客户服务而开发出这套Android 云家政服务平台。

移动互联网时代的来临，说明一个崭新的时代开始了。所谓移动互联网是将移动通信和互联网整合在一起，移动设备（包括手机和上网本）可以随时随地地访问互联网资源和应用。 

智能手机是移动互联网时代一个标志性的客户端工具，它和传统的手机是有区别的，它就像一台“小电脑”，具有独立的操作系统，可以自由安装、卸载软件，具有强大的计算和存储能力，可以通过移动通信网络来实现无线网络接入。 

对于移动终端设备飞速发展的今天，传统WEB上的应用出现在手机终端是一个大的趋势。而Android 云家政服务平台的手机客户端，正是对这一趋势的良好体现，Android 云家政服务平台的开发，能很好的为用户提供方便，用户能通过它能随时随地的查看家政服务的实时信息，进行预约，做到信息的实时化。通过Android 云家政服务平台的开发，与传统WEB应用进行良好的互补。

现代人的生活大多都是在忙碌中度过，尤其是以80后90后为主的年轻人，其中大多数人由于工作的疲累，回家后并不热衷于收拾，而中老年人由于年纪原因对于家务十分心有余而力不足，由此家政服务业的热度日渐上涨。在智能手机产生以前，找家政主要通过电话小广告或者网站联系家政公司，由公司相关负责人员与客户面谈或者电话约谈来满足客户需求。但此方法首先在联络途径方面并不是很普及也很容易让某些心怀不轨的人钻空子使得民众受骗，其次符合心意的家政人员并不容易找到，如果一家不满意还需要一家一家的咨询，十分浪费时间人力，再者缺乏完善的机制监督家政机构，很容易出现一些触犯消费者权益的不良商家。而现在各种App的出现使得家政服务有了一个新的发展机会，云家政应运而生。众多门店加入了该平台，使得云家政APP有着庞大的家政公司以及服务人员的信息，这令客户对于家政人员信息收集十分方便并且在公司安全性上有所保障以及联系商家提出要求也十分方便。
