摘 要

中小企业在我国经济发展中具有重要地位，目前我国的中小企业数量多，地区分布广泛，行业分布跨度大。随着全球经济一体化的发展和电子商务的兴起，中小企业之间的竞争将越来越激烈。网络及电子商务的迅猛发展突破了时间、空间的局限性，给中小企业带来了更多的发展机会，同时也增大了企业之间的竞争强度。这就要求中小企业必须改变企业的经营管理模式，提高企业的运营效率。目前，我国中小企业的信息化水平还很低，相比国外企业，还只处于刚开始始用的阶段。随着技术发展，电脑操作及管理日趋简化，电脑知识日趋普及，同时市场经济快速多变，竞争激烈，企业采用电脑管理进货、库存、销售等诸多环节也已成为趋势及必然。进销存管理系统是促进企业发展的重要组成部分，是商业企业经营管理的核心环节，也是一个企业能否取得效益的关键，如果能够做到合理采购、及时销售、库存量最少、减少积压，那么企业就能取得最佳的效益。我将采用Eclipse作为开发平台，用Java Swing 技术和 SQL Server 2008 开发一个比较实用的企业进销存管理系统，该系统是典型的MIS（管理信息系统），主要包括创建并维护后台数据库和前端应用程序的开发两个方面

Abstract

Plays an important role of SMEs in China's economic development, China's number of SMEs, widely distributed, the industry distribution of large span. With the development of global economic integration and the emergence of electronic commerce, competition among SMEs will be increasingly fierce. The rapid development of network and e-commerce breakthrough in time and space limitations, to SMEs more opportunities for development, but also increases the intensity of competition between enterprises. This requires that SMEs must change the corporate management model to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. At present, China's SMEs is still very low compared to foreign companies, but also only at the beginning of the beginning stage. As technology development, computer operations and management to simplify the increasingly growing popularity of computer knowledge, and the market economy is rapidly changing, highly competitive, enterprise computer management purchase, inventory, sales, and many other areas has also become a trend and inevitable. The inventory management system is an important part of the promotion of enterprise development is a core part of the business enterprise management, an enterprise the ability to obtain the key to effective, if we can do a reasonable purchase, timely sales, inventory levels at least, to reduce the backlog, then the business will be able to obtain the best results. I will use Eclipse as a development platform, using Java Swing technology and SQL Server 2008 to develop a practical enterprise inventory management system, the system is a typical MIS (Management Information System), including creating and maintaining back-end database and front-end applications the development of two aspects of the program

1.1 进销存管理系统研究的目的及意义

在当今知识大爆炸的时代，计算机作为信息的一种载体，仍是人们获得知识的一种重要途径，因而作为计算机软件，它的运行情况则关系到知识的传播速度问题。以往企业进销存管理完全是手工操作，从商品的入库、销售、库存、资料设置，无一不是人工处理，需要大量的劳动力与工作量，而且由于人为的原因造成一些错误，也是再所难免的。由于人工操作，工作量比较大，也容易出现错误。

随着人类社会的发展，人类对计算机的需求也不断地增长。在这种形势下，软件就渐渐地成为公司效率增长的主要途径，而进销存管理软件就自然而然地在公司的信息化建设中占据了一定的位置。
