摘 要

随着时代的不断进步，人类已经进入了信息时代，信息系统的迅速发展向人们提供了使用和处理信息的理论、技术和方法。印刷厂的信息管理系统正是根据信息处理的方法对传统行业采用了先进的方法、技术、理论提供了解决方案。

本系统使用visual stdio 2008开发平台、SQL Server 2005数据库来制作本系统。SQL Server的出现解决了现代系统数据库庞大、复杂、编写困难的问题。完成对本系统主要是对业务员，制单员、部门经理、材料经理、副总经理、总经理、调度主任、印刷车间主任、印刷车间会计、装订车间主任、装订车间会计的权限设计完成对施工单在下生产车间之前在各角色之间进行审核、并按次序往下流动、同时可根据实际情况在某环节可执行退回操作。本系统还对各个信息进行管理，像员工，客户，以及用户的信息进行管理，对信息的删除，增加，修改，保存等操作;对用户的密码的管理，以及对其的权限的修改;以及对客户下达的订单进行审核，通过对权限的设置，不同的人又不同的审核权。

本文共有六章 绪论；第一章 系统需求分析，简单介绍一下系统所用的开发工具；第二章 系统结构设计，介绍一下系统总体结构和数据库的建立；第三章 数据库额设计；第四章 系统功能 主要介绍一下系统拥有的主要的功能；第五章 系统测试；第六章 总结。

Abstract

Along with the advance of epoch, human beings have entered into the information age, the rapid development of information system to the people provides the use and process information theory, technology and method. Enterprise information management system is according to the information processing methods of traditional industry use of advanced methods, technology, and theory offers a solution.

This system USES visual stdio 2008 development platform, SQL Server 2005 database to make this system. The emergence of the SQL Server solved the modern system database huge, complex and write difficult problem. This system is mainly to complete a salesman, make odd member, the department manager, materials manager, deputy general manager, general manager, scheduling, director of the printing workshop director, printing workshop accounting, binding workshop director, binding workshop is designed the limits of accounting of construction next production workshop in single before each role between audit and the sequencing flow down and, at the same time, according to actual situation in a link back to perform operation. 绪 论

面对越来越激烈的市场竞争，传统的印刷行业信息管理系统有着明显不适应企业发展的缺陷，现在印刷业的信息管理不仅仅指电脑记账就可以了，也不是随便安装一个盗版软件来管理。信息化管理是一种理念，一种新的管理模式，是人工操作和电脑记录的完美结合，通过管理软件来简化操作，更直观明了显示我们的账务数据，通过软件管理系统我们可以按照定货量分别对待，排产、核算工作减小，按照客户个性化要求，产品要求时效性要求，加强原材料的采购管理。

近年来无论是国内还是国外色彩管理始终是一个热门话题。实践证明,客户对于色彩匹配的概念是很清楚的色彩匹配指的是明条件下,两个彩色样张在色调、饱和度与亮度上看不出有明显的差别。为满足客户这一要求, 印刷厂必须采用色彩管理即要保证从原稿入到打样、印刷成品输出的色彩匹配的一致性。事实色彩管理不是今天才出现的早在20世纪80年代随着数字计算机、CEPS(彩色电子印前系)、激光、光纤及专用特性文件的出现印刷厂的彩色复制就已超越了以前的水平。后来随着桌面或开放式印前系统(与ICC特性文件标准)的应用和发展,一些知名厂商都推出了自己的色彩管理系统。20 世纪90年代初由ICC (Internet Clolor Consortium,国际色彩联盟) 推出了ICC 色彩管理规范彩色文件通过ICC 色彩管理处理后,能做到以较少的代价,获得更准确的色彩还原效果。
