摘 要

本论文主要阐述“基于WEB的网上问卷调查”系统的设计思想和实现的关键技术。论文针对公司了解用户对不同产品的喜好程度的需求，采用面向对象设计的方法,基于B/S架构，使用MVC模式，分析、设计并实现了名为Online Survey 的网上问卷调查系统。

该系统前台具有用户登录和注册，意见反馈，选择问卷和填写问卷等功能，后台具有问卷结果查询，查看意见反馈，问卷的添加、修改、删除、查询等功能，测试表明该系统已经达到了预期的要求。

论文主要包括以下四个部分的内容：

第一部分是系统背景以及系统的可行性分析，说明了开发该系统的目的，以及开发所用到的相关技术。

第二部分是需求分析和总体设计，通过对用户需求的分析，产生相对应的系统结构和功能模块。

第三部分是数据库设计，通过设计 9张数据表来实现问卷、用户、管理员等实体的关联以及数据的增加、删除、修改和查询等操作。

第四部分是详细设计以及系统功能实现，按照详细设计进行代码开发以实现系统的功能。

Abstract

This paper mainly expresses the system design idea and the essential technology of "The online survey system based on WEB". It focuses on the requirement of the company to understand the different needs and interests of products requirements for the customers. The system used object-oriented design method, based on MVC pattern and combined with JSP, Servlet technology, analysis, designed and realized the online survey system. The system has the functions of user login, registration, users’ feedbacks. Users can select the questionnaires and fill in the questionnaires. The background can view questionnaire results, view feedbacks, add questionnaires, modify questionnaires, delete questionnaires, and query questionnaires. It’s been tested to show that the system has reached the expected requirements.

There are four aspects of content included in this paper. The first part is the background of system and system of feasibility analysis. Explain the development purpose of the system, and the development of related technologies. The second part is the analysis of the demanding and the design part. The structure and modules is based on the analysis of the needs of the user through the system. The third part is the design of the database. The system realized the relationship between questionnaires, users, administrators, and other entities through nine data table that been designed. The fourth part is the detail of the design and realization of the system function. It realizes the function of system development according to detailed design code.

1.1引言

为了解人们生活中各方面的情况，我们的学习、生活和工作中会经常遇到形式多样的问卷调查，譬如学生对教师评价的问卷调查，各种文化消费产品的满意度调查等。但是由于时代的进步，简单的人工调查已经达不到社会的需求，很难满足人们追求高效的想法，主要体现在单一的人工调查很难通过少量的人力和物力在短期内调查大面积的人群，得到的数据有局限性，导致调查结果失去有效性。

但是随着因特网的飞速发展，给问卷调查带来了更好的解决方式，我们可以通过开发相应的网上问卷调查系统来实现短期的高效调查，既省时又省力，并且被调查对象可以遍布全球，从而使得问卷的调查结果更加的全面和准确。不同的行业可以利用网络平台更有针对性地发布各种问卷，并得到相应的结果，从而采取对应的措施。
