摘 要

在进入信息时代以来，随着电脑和网络的不断发展，企业之间的竞争已经从有形市场转换到网络市场。一个有效的物流管理系统，可以简化企业的管理流程，使企业的效益最大化^[1]。Delphi和SQL Sever这两个工具，非常适合编写物流系统。

随着我国国民经济不断发展，企业规模的不断扩大，企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。为了在竞争中赢得发展，有的企业在提高产品的质量，采取优惠措施的同时，还提供上门服务，为用户带来方便。但是，也给企业带来一些困难，因为企业需要额外投入大量的人力财力进行这些服务，而且企业管理业变得越来越复杂。计算机管理可以在很大程度上帮助企业克服这些困难，它可以实现商品销售，配送一条龙管理，节省人力资源，财力资源，使企业管理变得科学有序井井有条，物流经营也会清晰，透明。

Abstract

Since the beginning of the information age, with the continuous development of computer and network, the competition among enterprises has been converted from the physical market to the network market. An effective logistics management system that can simplify the management processes, to maximize the efficiency of enterprises. Delphi and SQL sever these two tools are very suitable for the development of the logistics system.

With the development of China's national economy, the scale of companies have been expanding, and the competition among enterprises becomes more intense.In order to get development in the fierce competition , some enterprises take measures to improve product quality, and also provide home services for the convenience of users.But it brings some difficulties to the enterprise, cause the companies need to invest additional human and financial resources to carry out these actions, and enterprise management has become increasingly complex. To a large extent, the computer management can help companies overcome these difficulties ，it can achieve the sale of goods and the distribution of one-stop management, saving a lot of manpower, financial resources, which makes business management becomes scientific and orderly. Logistics business will also be clear, transparent.

第一章 绪论

1.1 选题背景

随着我国国民经济不断发展，企业规模的不断过大，企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。在竞争激烈的市场上，整合上游供应商与下游客户，缩短物流过程，降低产品的库存量，加速对市场反应，这是所有商贸企业面对的问题^[2]。然而，物流作业的信息管理操作过程复杂，手续繁多，信息量大，很多企业对商品的物流环节的管理都较薄弱，对物流资源没有统一的规划和整合，以致物流与信息流和资金流不能畅通有序，当市场发生变化时，不能快速进行产品调整。本设计将针对这些问题为中小型物流企业提供一套物流管理系统，实现商品在流通领域中的全过程管理，优化合作伙伴的合作关系，进而提高企业的竞争能力。本软件操作界面简捷，提供了友善的人机界面。

1.2 国内外现状

1.2.1 Delphi开发系统

Delphi是由Borland公司推出的可视化编程环境，它使用Windows图形用户界面的先进技术，将面向对象的语言功能和方便的可视化开发环境紧密地结合在一起，以其快速的程序开发，强大的数据库处理功能和完善的面向对象表达能力被许多程序员所喜爱^[3]。

1.2.2 SQL Server数据库管理系统

Microsoft SQL Server是微软推出的大型网络数据库系统。由于其具有良好的稳定性、可靠性、易操作性及强大的功能，深受用户的青睐，是目前最流行的商用数据库系统之一，SQL Server提供的安全工具经过测试和检验被证明是可靠的^[4]。在我国各行业的信息系统中也大量采用 SQL Server 作为存储信息的数据库。

1.3 课题任务

物流配送管理系统，需要涉及到以下几方面的工作：
