摘 要

本文着重阐述了火车票务管理系统从分析，设计，编码到测试总结的全部开发过程。介绍了系统的开发平台，开发环境，开发语言以及开发工具，对于本系统的系统分析、需求分析和业务流程也做出了详细的诠释。然后是对数据表格的创建，表格之间的各种联系也进行了很全面的解释，分别通过数据库表图，POWERDESIGNER 关系图和E-R图来展示。然后是对于系统各模块的展示，由模块功能介绍，画面截图，部分实现代码（附录）组成，可以通过浏览初步详细的了解本系统的整体结构和实现方法。

本系统前台开发采用 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005，后台则以Microsoft Sql Server 2008 R2来支撑起本系统的开发。前台完成用户注册登录找回密码、查看无锡火车站的新闻信息、查询车次、查询具体线路并预定车票、所订车票的个人管理和发布留言。后台主要通过工作人员完成对用户的管理、对新闻的管理、对车次及线路的管理、统计订票情况以及管理留言板。力求做到操作简便快捷、界面美观友好、功能灵活实用。

本系统的特点是功能较完善、使用方便简单易上手，方便个年龄层操作、界面美观大方。本系统以火车票网上订票的方式推出，方便了用户购票，免去排队苦恼的同时减轻了火车站售票处工作人员的压力，也提高了工作效率。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the train ticket management system from analysis, design, code, test to the sum of all the development process.The paper includes introduction of system development platform, the development environment, develop language and development tools for the system of system analysis, needs analysis and business process also makes a detailed explanation. Then the data form the foundation of various relationships between different forms and give very comprehensive explanation, respectively through the database table figure, POWERDESIGNER relations diagram and the e-r chart to display. And then for system of each module in show, the module function is introduced, the picture screenshots, part of the implementation code (appendix) composition, can browse through preliminary detailed understanding this system the overall structure and realization method.

This system development the front desk with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, the background with the Microsoft Sql Server 2008 R2 to prop up the system development. Front desk completing the user login passwords, check back registered Wuxi railway station of news information, inquires, inquires the specific lines and train tickets, scheduled for the personal management and issued tickets message. The background complete the main user management, the news management, train and line management, statistics booking situation and management the message board with the help of railway station workers.We tried our best to make the operation simple and rapid, interface beautiful and friendly, flexible and practical.

The characteristic of the system is that the function is more perfect, easy to use simple accessible, convenient operation for all ages, interface beautiful and easy. The system helps us to buy train tickets online and provide convenience to users. Tickets from the queue distress and to mitigate the pressure of the ticket office personnel train station, and improve work efficiency.

前　言

随着社会的发展，生活的改善，外出旅游，上学，出差办事的人越来越多，而铁路事业日新月异的发展，火车越来越快速，且价钱相对便宜这些原因使得火车成为大多数人的首选出行工具。几年以前，我们接触的还是传统的售票体系，即火车站和代售点的人工售票，不仅麻烦，而且一到客运高峰期，排成长龙的队伍和一票难求的现象就屡见不鲜，使得“春运”成为一大热现象。

科学技术的不断发展，使得火车售票也迎来了全新的方式——网上购票。一是，可以更加方便用户进行不出门的订票，二是，可以有效缓解高峰时期售票站点的工作压力提高售票效率。如今，这一技术在国内外都已得到了广泛的应用。
