摘 要

近年来，随着人民的生活水平的不断提高，餐饮业的消费持续增长，竞争愈来愈激烈。传统餐饮企业的日常运作还是靠人工管理，不仅耗费人力资源而且容易导致记录丢失或重复等错误，造成管理水平低下。这就迫切需要标准的、高效率的计算机管理方式引导其发展,通过计算机管理企业的日常运作，给管理者以决策参考的模型，来不断完善管理水平，提高工作效率。

此次毕业设计是基于Web的餐饮管理系统的统计模块设计，该模块对于餐饮管理有良好的统计功能。例如点菜率高的和低的菜系的统计，就餐位置等一些统计。为管理人员做出今后的管理策略提供了有效的凭据，不仅如此，该模块还应该操作简单，显示简洁、明了，方便管理人员的统计决策。同时还设计了桌台消费信息，消费结账信息两个有关账目的功能，提供结账等功能，大大减轻了收银员的工作，减少人工计算的错误率，提高结账效率。

此次毕业设计所做的程序使用了一些小的技巧，方便了使用者使用。

本系统运用了Oracle 9为后台数据库，以Eclipse 3.4为前端开发工具，采用Java语言开发的B/S结构的管理系统。继承Java的“Write Once, Run Anywhere”的优点，可以在任何一个系统下运行,该系统采用Jsp应用开发技术，尤其依靠java的优点来为餐饮业更好的进行管理，稳定性，可扩展性，安全性，健壮性，都是该餐饮管理系统的优势所在。
