摘 要

省级示范中心和实验基地，是江苏省教育厅根据该中心或基地的实际情况，结合省内资源重点发展的对象，以展示江苏教育资源、合理整合省内各高校资源、充分发挥各资源的利用率，实现资源共享，服务社会。江苏高等学校实践教学资源网学校申报平台主要为申报省级示范中心和实训基地的学校提交相关数据服务。本毕业设计要求，通过本平台，申报单位可以按原申报流程在该平台进行数据的录入，最终评审专家可通过江苏高等学校实践教学资源网的专家评审平台对这些数据进行评审。利用该平台，可以方便的实现申报单位数据录入、管理各种本单位资源，真正实现无纸化办公。

本系统开发工具采用C#，基于Microsoft SQL Server 2000或以上版本，通过ASP.NET技术实现动态交互的效果，达到对数据库的操作以完成不同使用者对系统功能实现上的要求。本文中除了有对系统的总体设计、详细设计、功能实现介绍等主要部分外，在这之前还介绍了与实践教学管理系统相关的信息管理系统、SQL Server 2000数据库服务器等的基本内容及发展情况。

本文分为五章：第一章为绪论；第二章为相关软件技术介绍；第三章为系统总体设计；第四章为详细设计，主要介绍学校申报平台和专家评审平台；第五章为系统测试。

Abstract

实践教学资源网主平台以门户网的形式展示，主要提供各实验室中心常用信息的发布，学校资源信息发布，用户登录，地图查询等功能；实践教学资源网主平台后台主要是用于对前台信息的管理，与学校的各实验中心添加、审核、账号划分等功能。
