摘 要

21世纪以来，计算机和网络技术的应用正进行着飞速的发展，他们已成为影响社会发展的关键因素。以网络为纽带，方便、快速、高效地实现知识共享和传递，以高科技手段促进教学改革和发展，是提高教育质量，提高新一代知识技能的主要努力方向。随着Intemet技术的发展，基于网络的教学相对于传统的教学而言，一方面师生可以突破时空的界限，大大的节省了教育资源，同时师生间可以实现互动，反馈和交流都比传统的课堂教学方便，有效率，另一方面，丰富的网络教学、学习资源给师生提供了有利的学习条件，因此，在线网络学习有着广阔的应用前景。作为一种新的教学模式，在线学习网络教学管理系统能充分发挥信息技术在高校教学中的优势，体现以学生为主体、教师为主导的现代教育思想，随着计算机技术和网络技术的不断发展，网络教学得到越来越广泛的应用。

本系统采用B/S开发模式，应用.net架构，vs开发工具以及sqlserver数据库对系统进行开发。整个系统主要从学生信息管理，教职工信息管理，课程信息管理，以及教职工，学生，以及课程之间的关系等方面进行研究，从而达到网络教学管理的目标。为计算机基础课的教学提供了全方位的优质服务。

Abstract
