摘 要

在互联网技术高速发展的今天，各行各业都利用互联网技术进行着变革，很多数字化管理应运而生，高校的教育与管理方式也发生了重大的改变，从传统的人工统计转变为数字化管理模式。评教就是对教学活动进行调研与信息收集，目的是加强教学管理，改善教学质量。以传统的评教方式来看，教务评价的数据十分庞大与繁复，浪费时间和人力资源，传统的评教方式是人工统计，十分落伍，因此采用数字化评教方式非常必要。为了迎合数字化教学潮流，急需开发出一个动态交互式的数字化课程评价与管理系统，让教务老师能解放双手，提高效率。本系统是在数字化潮流下，结合了高校的教务统计工作的现状，考虑了用户的需求，主要以Java编程语言和JSP动态网页开发技术，以sql server为数据库处理后台数据，基于SSH框架的系统。

ABSTRACT

Today, with the rapid development of Internet technology, all walks of life are changing with the use of Internet technology. As a result, a lot of digital management emerges at the historic moment, and the mode of education and management in colleges and universities has also changed significantly, from the traditional manual statistics to the digital management mode. Teaching evaluation is to conduct research and information collection on teaching activities in order to strengthen teaching management and improve teaching quality. From the perspective of traditional teaching evaluation method, the data of teaching affairs evaluation is very huge and complicated, which wastes time and human resources. The traditional teaching evaluation method is manual statistics, which is very outdated. Therefore, it is very necessary to adopt digital teaching evaluation method. In order to cater to the trend of digital teaching, it is urgent to develop a dynamic and interactive digital course evaluation and management system, so that teachers of educational administration can liberate their hands and improve efficiency. This system is in the digital trend, combined with the status quo of educational statistics work in colleges and universities, considering the needs of users, mainly Java programming language and JSP dynamic web page development technology, SQL server as the database processing background data, based on SSH framework system.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景

为了促进教学工作的顺利和高效展开，单一的用教学成绩衡量教师的教学水平是有失公允的，这种弊端已经为人们所熟知的，现在已经有很多学校意识到结合多种因素的评教活动才是有效的。学生根据教师的真实上课情况进行评价，教师收到反馈后，可以收集学生的问题以及看到学生对教师的客观评价，对以后的教学管理有一定的决策作用，然后根据自己的不足和问题及时调整教学计划，针对性的完善教学方法，提高教学水平，建立良好的师生关系。在“互联网 ”的潮流下，各大高校也纷纷利用通信信息技术以及互联网平台，让互联网与传统的评教活动（计算机读卡，人工统计等）相结合，充分发挥互联网在资源配置中的优化作用，解放了教务人员的双手，建立了很多高校的评教系统。以往的教学评价只是流于形式，并不能做到客观有效的评价，数字化课程评价能提高学生辩证看问题的能力，提高教学质量，有利于和谐校园的构建。

国外研究概况：

美，英，日等国家较早的开展了高校教学质量评价，但不同的国家的评教行为和评教指标不同，但总体来说是由较为专业的人或者机构来设置评价标准，较为权威，把综合所有因素并分散到指标中去，形成一套客观的指标体系，全面的反应教学过程中的问题。
