摘 要

随着人们生活水平的提高，与宠物相关的服务已形成行业，同时我们处于一个高速发展的时代，方方面面都跟信息技术越来越多相关。此时一个简单易用，可靠的宠物店管理系统能为宠物店主们提高效率，提升服务品质。

宠物店管理系统是一个后端系统设计的宠物店。该系统结合了宠物商店的日常管理需求，并可以存储和管理各种宠物的注册信息。该系统具有实行会员制的建立和管理，充值金额的记录，以及各种宠物用品的注册和管理。在线预订宠物服务等。本系统充分考虑宠物店日常经营管理所需内容，简单易用更重要的是可靠。

本系统基于B/S模式，随着Internet技术的高速发展，传统的单机软件正因为本身的局限性正在被慢慢取代，支持跨平台、多种数据信息的网络版应用，也就是浏览器——服务器的B/S结构应用正在日渐流行，其特点是在客户端只要在网络环境下就可以实现用户界面，告别本地安装环境，并且开发高效，客户端摆脱了操作平台的限制，也摆脱了地域空间的限制，流量传输量少，不光光适用局域网，更适用于互联网，小型企业可以减少对服务器方面的投资，个人用户更可以选择可以使用免费的服务器资源，因此受到愈来愈多中小型单位的喜爱。本系统采用了B/S模式管理提供了比传统的管理更先进的管理手段和理念，实现了信息网络化，以更为直观的Internet网站形式的管理系统中来，

本系统基于Java语言和MySQL数据库而设计，用户PC端需有jdk支持。后端采用Spring MVC的设计模型，网页使用HTML和基于jQuery框架技术Easyui前端框架来完成宠物商店管理系统。

Abstract

Pet store management system is a back-end system design of pet store. The system combines the daily management needs of pet stores, and can store and manage the registration information of pets. Online booking of pet services, etc. This system fully considers the daily management of pet stores, simple to use and more importantly reliable.

This system is based on B/S mode. With the rapid development of Internet technology, traditional stand-alone software is being gradually replaced because of its limitations. Web version applications supporting cross-platform and multiple data information, i.e. Browser-Server B/S structure applications, are becoming more and more popular. Its characteristic is that the client can realize the user interface as long as it is in the network environment. Besides the local installation environment and the efficient development, the client has got rid of the restriction of the operating platform, the restriction of the geographical space, the less traffic transmission, not only the local area network, but also the Internet. Small enterprises can reduce the investment in servers. Individual users can choose to use the free server resources, so they are getting more and more small and medium-sized. Unit's favorite. This system adopts B/S mode management to provide more advanced management means and ideas than traditional management, realizes information networking, and comes in a more intuitive management system in the form of Internet website.

This system is designed based on Java language and MySQL database. User PC needs JDK support. The design model of Spring MVC is used in the back end, and HTML and Easyui front-end framework based on jQuery framework technology are used to complete the pet store management system.

绪 论

1.1 目的及意义

基于B/S的管理系统，是为了用户更方便于管理事务，实现组织事务平稳进行，科学对信息进行存储更新和维护的同时摆脱地域空间和操作平台一套后台系统。管理系统的最大作用以及使用目标就是为了节约生产成本，提高生产效率，并且有序的整理生产过程中所产生的各种信息。本课题的目的意在开发一个简单的宠物店管理系统，模拟宠物店的日常活动以及信息交流，达到记录和管理宠物店的各种商务事件的目的。

1.2 研究现状

国外：国外的管理系统起步比国内早很多，例如salesforce就是一种典型的CRM系统。于1999年就开始进行提供客户关系管理系统的服务。编程语言包括Java，Apex，并且包含Visualforce前端标签库。不仅如此，在业务层面上salesforce也具备一套先进的CRM管理理念。

国内：国内管理系统起步较晚，就连国内的网吧也是从2000年以后才逐渐开始使用网吧管理系统，当时的落后程度可见一斑。但是国内管理系统发展非常迅速，到今年，已经涌现出一大批优秀的管理系统，例如用友，捷为IMIS等等。这些管理系统为不同的企业（民营，国营，商业，军工等等）制定了不同的管理解决方案，使得企业的生产效率提高了很多。但是，国内的项目管理系统市场还比较匮乏，缺乏先进的项目管理理念。

1.3 本文的主要工作

基本B/S的宠物店管理系统即是运用现代化的科学方法，对宠物店的用户预约进行合理核对和记录，使设备可以保持最佳的运行状态，同时可以根据客观条件节约成本，或者提高收益等等。宠物店后台管理系统就不仅可以合理的管理宠物，而且可以准确及时地获取各种用户预约信息供管理者审阅。
