摘 要

随着时代的发展，当前全球科技有了诸多的变革，其会向着更加智能化，更加自动化的方向发展。对于当前时代而言，智能手机在人们的生活中扮演着非常重要的角色，人们获取信息、保存信息的途径也发生了变革。由于智能手机的出现，人们对信息的管理更加方便，可以通过短信、电话或者是手机APP等诸多方式进行信息的发送，还可以通过手机进行办公，极大地便利了生活，并且在很大的程度上提高了人们工作的效率。

在上述提到的背景之下，本篇论文从小区物业管理APP的系统出发，并且使用Android SDK同新型的Eclipse开发工具相结合，从而对该系统进行一定的完善，使其功能更加健全，提高物业的管理效率。

对于本篇论文所设计的系统而言，它主要是由两大部分组成的。第一部分是系统的客户端，这一部分有着很多功能模块比如注册、登录、首页、信息管理、个人中心等。本设计的第二个部分是服务端，用户可以通过其进行缴费、报修、投诉以及对水电进行管理。

在本篇论文的最后部分我们对所设计的系统进行了功能测试，经过测试发现本设计的所有功能一切正常，可以很好地投入到工作中，并且能解决用户的实际问题，极大提高工作管理人员的效率。

Abstract

With the development of the times, the current global technology has undergone many changes, and it will develop towards a more intelligent and more automated direction. For the moment, smartphones have become an indispensable part of people's daily lives, and people have access to information. The path to preserve information has also changed. Due to the emergence of smart phones, people can manage information more conveniently. They can send information through SMS or mobile APP, and they can also work through mobile phones, which greatly facilitates life and, to a large extent. Improve the efficiency of people's work.

In the context mentioned above, this paper starts from the system of residential property management APP, and uses the Android SDK to integrate with the new Eclipse development tools, so that the system can be improved to make its function more perfect and improve. Property management efficiency.

For the system designed in this paper, it is mainly composed of two parts. The first part is the client of the system. This part has many functional modules such as registration, login, home page, information management, personal center and so on. The second part of the design is the server, through which users can pay, repair, complain, and manage hydropower.

In the last part of this paper, we have tested the function of the designed system. After testing, we found that all the functions of the design are normal, can be put into the work well, and can solve the user's actual problems and greatly improve the work Managerial efficiency.

1 前言

1.1 背景及意义

随着时代的发展，当前智能手机也让成为人们日常生活中的一部分，因此手机APP软件得到了很大的发展，人们可以通过其对各种信息进行管理，并且手机APP基本上涉及到当前社会的所有领域。不得不说进入21世纪之后，手机智能科技有了很大的变革，这极大地推动着社会的发展，但是同时各大企业对手机的性能要求以及功能要求也越来越高，因此我们这篇文章着重于对物业管理APP系统进行完善，从而使其可以更好的融入到当前社会中，促进社会不断向前发展。

本篇论文设计的系统是在小区物业管理APP软件上进行的，对其功能进行一定的完善，从而使其功能更加强大，用户可以通过我们所设计的系统对缴纳的用水用电信息进行查看，如果用户账号的水电费用不足，用户也可以通过APP对水电费进行交纳，不需要跑到物业办公室缴纳，可以节省用户很多的时间和精力，不仅仅如此，用户还可以通过这个APP对物业进行报修以及投诉等等。因此，对于整篇文章而言，其主要目的是对功能更加强大的物业管理APP系统进行建立，同时对该系统的总体要求是具有实时性，系统化以及规范化，从而可以更好的满足用户的日常需求。
