摘 要

在新时代的背景下，社会的不断发展进步，健康体检越来越得到大家的重视，医院的健康体检业务量也与日俱增。由于没有专职医生的指导以及自身对于医疗知识的缺乏，使得体检变成大家机械式的应付，不能体现体检带给我们真正的意义。体检业务的增多同时也给医院带来了很大的压力，不同的体检人群，不同的项目，繁杂的纸质手续，延席老式的体检方式，不但工作量大也存在一定的错检、漏检的问题。基于网络的体检管理系统与医院其他信息系统共享信息，集合了大量的医疗信息，极大的改进了旧系统的不足之处，充分发挥了体检的优势，让人们不再觉得体检没有意义。

本文分析了体检综合管理系统的背景和国内的现状,结合医院体检流程的特征,对体检功能、体检项目进行设计分析,抓住体检主要流程和系统功能这一主线,论述了体检系统发展进程、体检系统功能模块分析、统计报表和查询、报告等关键问题。系统采用的开发软件是Eclipse，语言为Java，结合SQL server数据库完善了医院的体检就诊流程,帮助医院体检管理者及时了解体检业务情况，实现医院经济效益和社会效益的共赢。

ABSTRACT

Under the background of the new era, the continuous development and progress of society, health examination has gained more and more attention, and the hospital's health examination business is also increasing. Without the guidance of fulltime doctors and the lack of medical knowledge, physical examination has become a mechanical coping, and it can not reflect the real significance of physical examination. The increase in physical examination business has also brought great pressure to the hospital. Different physical examination crowd, different items, complicated paper formalities, and the old form of physical examination, not only have a large amount of work, but also have a certain number of misjudged and missed problems. The network based medical examination management system and other information system of the hospital share information, a large amount of medical information, greatly improved the shortcomings of the old system, fully played the advantages of physical examination, let people no longer feel that physical examination is not meaningful.

This paper analyzes the background of the physical examination comprehensive management system and the present situation in China. According to the characteristics of the hospital physical examination process, the function of physical examination and the physical examination items are designed and analyzed. The main flow of physical examination and the function of the system are seized, and the development process of the physical examination system, the analysis of the functional modules of the physical examination system, the statistical report, and the inquiry and report are discussed. Key issues such as notice and so on. The development software used in the system is Eclipse, the language is Java, combined with the SQL server database to improve the hospital medical examination and treatment process, help the hospital administrators to understand the medical service in a timely manner, and achieve the winwin of the hospital economic and social benefits.

随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高，身体健康越来越得到大家的重视,医院的健康体检业务量也与日俱增。同时,企业招工、学生入学、特定职业的定期体检、各种职业病的防范等都需要去医院进行专业的体检。医院体检的业务不断增多,很多医院都建立了专门的健康体检中心。

体检项目在给医院带来收益的同时也给医务人员增添了很多新的工作量。在很多小型医院仍旧采用以往的人工体检的模式,利用手工著录,在纸质表单上存储体检数据信息,手工收集检查结果,最后综合体检信息，体检医师手动添加建议,容易出现一些漏检、替检、错检的情况,给体检者带来很多的不便。随着计算机技术和互联网技术的发展，医疗信息也进入了数字化和信息化的时代，医院的体检流程也更加科学规范化，效率也得到了提高。与传统的人工体检模式相比较，体检管理系统使得医院体检流程更加清晰规范，体检数据更加严谨科学，体检报告也更加详尽规范，医护人员的工作量也得到了合理的分配，不仅给医院带来了良好的体检环境，也给体检者创造了更加安心的体检氛围，给医院带来的更加可观的经济效益和社会效益。
