摘 要

当前社会，计算机技术发展迅速，未来，网络化和信息化必将成为各行各业发展的趋势之一。然而随着人们对生活质量的要求越来越高，家政行业逐渐兴起并壮大。其作为我国的朝阳产业，未来前景大好。但是大多数中小企业由于各种各样的原因并没有自己的家政管理系统。为此我开发了本管理系统。本系统将传统的家政服务流程全部改用计算机进行操作，利用计算机方便快捷的特点，开发出一套供用户和管理人员分别查看的系统，大大简化了操作。整个系统包括普通工作页面、管理页面和数据库，工作和管理页面具有实时性，后台数据库更具安全性。

本系统采用Eclipse Java Oxygen作为开发软件，采用java开发语言，Sql Server Managment Studio 2008 R2作为数据库。实现家政业务操作和人员信息管理页面分开。普通职员只可以进入工作操作页面，经理及以上职位可以进入管理页面，提供人员信息管理，服务记录管理，预约管理等，每个模块都提供增删改查功能。经过测试，系统交互性能良好，功能完善。

Housekeeping Service Management System

ABSTRACT

Now,networking and information technology have become an inevitable trend in all walks of life in the future because of computer science and technology and network communication technology develop rapidly.And domestic industry gradually rise and grow because of people's demands for quality of life are getting higher and higher,too.But most of the small and medium-sized enterprises do not have their own housekeeping management system,so I developed this management system.This system will operate the traditional housekeeping service processed by computer,and use the convenience and shortcut of the computer to develop a set of systems for users and managers to view separately,and the operation is greatly simplified.The whole system contain ordinary work pages, management pages and databases.The operating page is real-time,and the background database is more secure.

This system use Eclipse Java Oxygen as a development software,java as a development language,Sql Server Managment Studio 2008 R2 as a database.To realize homemaking business operation and personnel information management page separation.The ordinary clerk can only get into the work page,and the manager and the above position can enter the management page.It provides personnel information management,service record management,booking management and so on.Each is provided with the function of adding, deletions and modification.After testing,the system interaction is good and hava perfect function.

前 言

随着信息化的发展，人们对信息的追求越来越高，越来越全面。而家政服务人员的日益增多造成的信息繁琐现象，凭借着传统的人工处理，效率实在过于低下。例如纸质信息过多时，很难查询。

另外由于传统的人工服务大多采用电话预约或者客户直接前往家政公司进行预约的方式，对客户的时间有一定的要求，且人工接通电话时常会造成信息记录错误等问题。这些都给客户和企业带来了很大的不便。
