摘 要

如今，在人们的生产生活中，好的生产管理软件可以帮助人们更好地处理工作。例如在当前的社会生产管理的咖啡生产方面，整个市场对咖啡的需求量特别大，使得生产公司对之前的生产规模必须扩大，因此对咖啡进行信息化管理已经十分必要。本毕业设计所实现的咖啡生产管理系统就是应用于咖啡生产综合管理的，因此建立一个咖啡生产综合管理系统可以提高效率，更好地满足咖啡生产的需要。

本毕业论文详细地阐述了此咖啡生产综合管理系统的设计过程，以及其中用到的技术，主要实现了首页新闻、公司简介、联系方式等信息浏览，后台包括咖啡豆原料采购信息管理、咖啡豆苗种植信息管理、加工咖啡豆信息管理、咖啡豆的库存信息管理、销售咖啡粉信息管理、公司员工工资管理、企业的固定资产信息管理、企业的报销记录管理等模块功能。

咖啡生产综合管理系统设计基于B/S模式，用Visual Studio2012作为开发工具，SQL Server2012数据库作为后台数据库，以C#为编程语言，采用ASP.NET技术开发设计，实现高效率的生产管理的咖啡生产综合管理系统。

The design and implementation of the comprehensive management system for coffee production

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of computer technology, it has had a profound effect on all aspects of human life. Such as the current in the aspect of social production and management of coffee production, with the increasing of the market demand for coffee, and expansion of the scale of the production of coffee information management is very necessary. The production management system is applied to the coffee in the production of integrated management, set up a coffee production integrated management system can improve the efficiency, to better meet the needs of the production of the coffee.

This article detailed introduces the coffee in the production of integrated management system development process, and the use of technology, mainly for front page news, company profile, contact information browsing, background including raw material purchasing information management, plant information management, information processing and information management, inventory management, sales information management, salary management, information management, fixed assets for records management module functions.

1.1 研究背景和意义

当今时代，在全球竞争激烈的大市场中，像咖啡制造行业类似的制造企业内部管理会遇到以下问题：公司的推销人员可能想推销新的产品，但工人手上任务还没有完成，车间生产人员会埋怨购买部门没有按时供应给她们原料的，，如果采购部门的效率过高，库存库位太多，现金流转就会很慢，很多企业需要很长的时间来统计出所需要的原料数量，不过数据太多，要对所有数据进行计算时，就要浪费很长的时间，非常麻烦。这样大大降低的效率，增加了很多成本。所以对于中小型加工制造企业，拥有一个生产管理系统很有必要，计算机管理系统以其快捷高效的特点已经开始取代了传统的手工管理方式，它可以使公司创造一个合理规范、及时、精确的生产数据库，也可以完成轻巧、准确、精细的加工流程、货存流程一致化管理工作。对消息数字以数据库方式表示，更好更新和加工。咖啡加工综合管理系统能够提升业务效益，了解迅速、精确、持久的加工时态，有效严控生产流程。生产管理系统的设计可以提高餐饮企业的管理水平，控制产品质量，提高产品的可溯源性。现在好多公司都知道信息化的便利。咖啡生产管理系统可以使咖啡企业能够带来更好的盈利。

1.2 国内外研究现状

现在的咖啡生产企业规模很大，它的加工过程更加复杂多变，速度特别快，所以原本的生产管理模式可能已经不适合了，各部门之间的协调能力下降了，所以，我们要利用计算机技术带给我们的便利，要看到他们的更新，通过此方法改变生产管理方式。

上世纪60年代生产业为了改变“发出订单，然后催办”的加工模式设置了稳定库存量，缓解了需求^[1]。十年后，公司管理者改变计划。MRP出现了，它主要是开环，主要加工计划与原料要求计划到达后没有起作用的反应和调空。这增加了能力要求计划，保证原料要求计划的执行和实现，其实就是闭环MRP^[2]。闭环MRP要求企业必须对投入与产出进行严控，也就是在MRP基础上，增强了能力反馈调节。
