摘 要

最近几年，伴随着社会的进步和发展，车辆也在迅速增加，交通系统的瓶颈不仅体现在道路堵车上，也体现在传统停车场管理效率和安全性大大滞后于社会的需要，给人们的生活带来了极大的不便。尤其，随着汽车工业的迅猛发展，我国汽车拥有量急剧增加。停车场作为交通设施的组成部分，随着交通运输的繁忙和不断发展，人们对其管理的要求也不断提高，都希望管理能够达到方便、快捷以及安全的效果。停车场的规模各不相同，对其进行管理的模式也有不同之处，管理者需要根据自身的条件，选择应用经济、稳定的管理程序，以免选择了高成本的管理系统，与之配套的停车场管理系统应运而生。停车场管理系统本着安全性、可靠性、实用性、开放性、可扩充性、高效性、智能化的指导思想和分布式结构进行设计，规划好系统硬件和软件功能模块的分工和协调。

整个系统采用业务逻辑层和用户表示层分离的两层模式，这样开发的模式可以将数据库操作类和用户层分离，方便代码的修改和系统日后的维护工作。使用该停车管理系统能将停车场管理信息化，在竞争越来越激烈的车辆业中取得优势.

本论文旨在设计一个简洁、稳定、实用的停车场管理信息系统，希望在容错性、实用性、易操作性等方面具有自己的特色，并且保持一定的可扩展性，以满足不同停车场的信息管理需求。

系统主要采用在入口发放带有该车进场时间、车牌号、车型、识别该车身份的车辆标识号的入场凭证，在出口系统根据车辆标识号在数据库中自动查找该车信息，并自动计费，收取停车费。。

本系统是一个单机版系统，系统对机器配置要求较高适合各种用户使用。该系统运行在WINDOWS 7操作系统下，使用的VS2013，数据库SQL2012。

Abstract

In recent years, along with society's progress and development, vehicles are also increasing rapidly, the bottleneck of urban traffic is not only reflected in the road traffic congestion, but also in the traditional parking lot management efficiency and safety greatly lags behind the need of society, has brought great inconvenience to people's life.Especially, with the rapid development of the automobile industry, the number of car ownership in China has increased dramatically.As part of the traffic facilities, parking lot with the busy and continuous development of transportation, people also constantly improve, to the requirement of the management are hope the management can achieve the result of convenient, quick and safe.The scale of the parking lot each are not identical, the management pattern also have differences, according to its own conditions, managers need to choose to apply economic, stable management program, so as not to choose the high cost of management system, and the parking lot of form a complete set of management system arises at the historic moment.Parking lot management system in line with safety, reliability, practicability, openness, scalability, efficiency, guiding ideology and the distributed structure of the intelligent design, plan the system hardware and software function module of the division of labor and coordination.

The whole system by using the business logic layer and presentation layer separation mode of two layers, such development model can separate the database operations and user layer, convenient code modifications and system maintenance work in the future.The parking management system will be used to manage the information in the parking lot and gain an advantage in the increasingly competitive auto industry.

This paper aims to design a simple, stable and practical parking management information system, hope in the fault tolerance, practicability and operability, etc have their own characteristics, and keep a certain scalability, in order to satisfy the demands of different parking information management.

Distributed system is mainly used in the entry with the car in time, license plate number, model, identify the car as to the identity of the vehicle identification number of admission credentials, in the export system according to the vehicle identification number in the database to find the vehicle information automatically, and automatically billing, parking charges.

The system is a single system, and the system is suitable for all kinds of users.The system runs under the WINDOWS 7 operating system, using VS, database SQL.
