摘 要

紧跟着21世纪的脚步，计算机科学也在不断地发展，数据库技能在网络中的应用越来越多，为许多热爱网络的用户供应了富含人性化和周到的服务。独特性已渐渐占领了Web应用的高峰，成为一种潮流。通过网络如何高效地进行沟通是一个摆在我们面前的刻不容缓地去挖掘的新的领域。

本篇文章讲述了一个B/S结构的基于web的租房网管理系统如何构造，对ASP.NET技术、B/S结构以及SQL Server原理进行了比较深意的论述。讲述了本房屋出租管理系统的分析客户需求、分析数据库模式、划分功能模块、实现功能模块的过程。以此作为基础，对所需要的关键性技术进行一定描写。至此得出对调试程序与程序运行结果的论辩。

本篇文章在研究目前国内外房屋租赁管理系统大概情况的基础上，站在客户的角度上，从实际需求出发，选用当前较普遍流行的ASP.NET动态网页开发技术和B/S（Browser/Server浏览器/服务器）结构，在Windows XP Professional操作系统和SQL Server 2005数据库的基础上，运用ASP.NET技术，设计并开发一个功能比较完善的房屋租赁管理系统。通过对系统进行诸如需求分析、设计、编码、运行、测试等一系列工作，该系统普通用户可以大概地浏览和查看房源基本情况，查看网站公告，网站简介与最新动态，也可以注册成为本网站的独家会员、登陆网站，就发布个人房源信息，查看预约的房源，租出与租进的房子和在论坛上描写对网站或租房子的一些看法，管理员可以对房屋租赁信息网站会员、网站会员以及网站的新闻，网站公告，论坛留言，进行彻底化的管理。本文重点是对系统设计的整个过程作了较为全面的相应描述，最后也对系统今后需要改进和完善的方面做了总结

第一章 绪论

伴随着经济社会的高速发展，现代化城市建设也迈开了前进的步伐，因为城市规模地扩张，为了生活和工作，人员的流动也逐渐扩大，在人们满足了物质生活的需求，越来越追求生活的质量，这个时候房屋出租逐渐成为社会生活的重要组成部分。无论是房屋求还是房屋出租，都需要一个很大的突破口以来满足人们的需求。

谈到房屋出租，人们总会不由自主地想到房屋中介，无论是对于急于看房的人还是对于想要出租房屋的人来说，需要解决和面对的问题有很多，首先是多如繁星的房屋中介公司让求租者与租房者感到无从下手，因为他们在要顾及房屋中介公司可信度是否高的同时，也会看到很多复杂的天花乱坠的房产信息，这些房产信息使求房者感到迷茫，很难依从自己内心的需求找到自己想要的房源信息。其次，出租、承租双方必须通过房屋中介公司才可以进行交易，这样就使原本很简单的事情变的复杂化了。而且中介单位还会从中赚取一定的劳务费用，这样就无形中使房源租赁者的负担加重了。因此，这个时候就急需一个不以盈利为目地的第三房来为广大房屋租赁者建立连接，这样就削减了多重消费。

我们正处于高科技飞速发展的年代，网络作为其中佼佼者更是与我们的工作，生活紧密相关，网络正引领着新时代的大军朝我们扑面而来。为了更为轻松地在求房者与出租者之间传播信息，我们就利用高科技技术的发展，制作出关于房产租赁信息管理的平台，以保障房源信息更快，更好，更方位地传播，这样也使得我们开发的房屋租赁系统的网站，成为人们生活中联系房屋租赁问题的消息载体，使得房屋信息在出租者与求租者之间传播更为轻松。这样，简单化了繁杂的房源信息，他们随时可以得到系统的服务，很喜欢一句话，房子虽然是租来的，但是生活是自己的，此系统规划性地管理了房屋租赁信息，不但使大量房屋信息的查询和管理变的简单，也使得出租者可以更快捷，方便地发布房源信息，当然其中最受益的当然是租房者，可以猫在家中，轻轻松松地选择自己需要的房子，看中了再直接房主联系，面对面的沟通，减去不必要的中间环节，为租房者与求房者都节省了时间与精力，这样也使得他们以后的生活更加的舒心。当然我也是受益的一方，通过这个平台的设计，在潜移默化中就培养自己综合分析的设计能力，懂得换位思考，当然动手实践地能力也随之提高。
