摘 要

霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统的开发是高校发展和信息化建设的必行趋势，也是提高高校管理水平的重要技术手段之一。本文对霍兰德职业测试信息管理工作的业务现状和业务流程做了简要的分析，指出了当前霍兰德职业测试信息管理工作中需要解决的常见问题，细致分析了开发霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统的必要性。

本项目所开发的霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统是一种具有交互功能的信息管理系统，是在网络上建立的一个霍兰德职业测试管理平台，这是一个比较流行的网络应用系统。本系统的开发采用现有成熟技术为参照，共享源码为模板，结合霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统的实际需求进行分析和功能调整，探讨了利用PHP开发霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统的过程。结合科学管理的理论，根据高校霍兰德职业测试信息的管理流程和日常管理工作的需求，本项目设计并开发一个基于网络环境的霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统。该系统能很好的为用户提供快捷的霍兰德职业测试信息管理、查询、登记功能，能及时通过网络获得霍兰德职业测试的信息资料，不但提高了管理员的工作效率，而且节约了物力，减少了人力。针对霍兰德职业测试信息管理的业务流程，结合科学管理的理论，本文设计并开发霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统，采用B/S结构，结合PHP开发技术，以Mysql作为后台数据库。系统的功能实现由系统管理员和系统用户两种角色完成。

论文最后对所开发的霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统进行了总结，并分析了系统中的不足之处。

人类随着科学技术的飞速发展，尤其是计算机技术的出现，进入了信息化高校。各个领域都需要处理数据，所以数据库管理系统得到了广泛的应用。计算机凭着自己无与伦比的技术优越性，已经迅速成为各行各业不可或缺的工具。

霍兰德SDS职业兴趣测量系统还是几年前开发的基于客户端的桌面软件形式的系统，存在着许多缺点，如效率低、保密性差且较为繁琐，只能在安装了该管理系统的电脑上使用，不方便各级领导随时随地的查看管理霍兰德职业测试信息。这样的管理方法将浪费大量的物力和人力，其管理机制已经不能适应时代的发展。
