摘 要

本论文的研究课题是“中小型企业财务管理系统”。论文紧紧围绕中小型企业财务管理系统的实际需求，以会计处理流程为主线，以对多家中小型会计公司走访所得相关数据为基础，通过较为详细的构思，设计了一个实效较高的财务管理系统。

本文的主要创新点是将理论与实践相结合，整体流程是以实际为出发点，参考相关已有研究成果，着手设计开发，在实践中操作运用的一个反复循环。所以整篇文章下来，每部分不但都是实际财务工作的阐述，而且涉及的也是企业工作中常常涉及的工作内容。

本系统的各个设计模块基本上满足实际中公司的要求。灵活性和实用性基本上兼具且具有较强的目标实用性等特点。不但使财务管理软件的基本功能得以实现，而且在功能上可能减少传统财务管理系统出现的冗余。最后，规模较小带来的成本低也是本系统的优点之一。

Development of SME Financial Management System

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is "small and medium enterprise financial management system", the paper focus on the actual needs of SMEs financial management system, accounting processing the main line to the resulting data to a number of small and medium sized accounting firm based on visits, by more detailed conception, design a higher effective financial management system.

The main innovation of this paper is to combine theory and practice, the overall process is the actual starting point, refer to the relevant research results to begin design and development, in practice, the use of an iterative loop operation. So the whole article down, each part is explained not only the actual financial work, but also the enterprises involved in the content of the work often involves long.

Each design module of this system basically meet the requirements of the company's practice. Flexibility and practicality substantially both target and has a strong practicality and so on. Financial management software not only the basic functions of the software can be achieved, and may reduce the redundancy of traditional financial management system that appears on the function, and finally, to bring low cost smaller one of the advantages of this system.

1绪论

1.1 课题研究背景

本系统设计的目的是为中小型企业提供安全、可靠、高效的财务管理网络平台。本系统主要提供了财务凭证的录入到查询，总细分账的查询到结账到报表系财务科目设置以及账户设置等功能可供财务公司的人员进行操作。根据资料显示，传统的企业财务处理系统中存在很多漏洞，缺乏有效的监督和控制，使得财务信息严重失真，不具备时效性，不能满足企业的生产经营发展需要。信息时代的需要推动了计算机财务管理系统的产生，计算机技术与财务管理工作的相结合在当今的信息时代里已成为国家在财务管理方面实现现代化的重要指标之一。功能强，易应用是财务是财务管理系统具有的明显优势，通过一个管理系统同时处理多盘账目，且自动化程度高是时计算机具有的强大数据处理功能的体现，专业的软件编写在技术上带给了我们很强的安全性，实现网络化、信息化和实时化。在当今科技迅速进步，企业财务管理需求愈加繁琐的情况下，开发一个能与中小型企业的财务管理相匹配的软件变得愈加重要。
