基于农产品质量溯源系统的智慧农业平台建设—-以溧水傅家边项目为例毕业论文

摘 要

如今,人们对于食品安全尤其是农产品质量安全问题随着人们生活水平的越来越高而更加得到关注,对不断丰富的农产品的要求已不再满足于农产品种类和量的多少,还要有农产品质量的保证。尤其是近年来食品安全问题频频爆发,这些事件使得消费者对农产品的质量安全问题提出了更高的层次要求。

溯源系统作为农产品质量安全管理的重要方式,在农产品从生长到销售的整个过程中,存储记录农产品在各个环节的相关信息。当发现农产品有质量问题时,可以通过该系统有效地定位到出现问题的生产环节,必要时将农产品收回,并针对性的实施补救方法,最大限度的降低损失,提高农产品的质量水平。

本文研究了国外的溯源系统建设,分析了现在国内溯源系统建设的现状,提出了建立以溧水傅家边项目为例的农产品质量溯源系统的智慧农业平台。通过对国内外的溯源系统的分析与研究,加上对溧水傅家边的具体情况的了解,本文进行了系统功能需求分析和性能需求分析,以此设计了系统的总体框架。在基于农产品的种植,生产,销售等中间过程,提出了溯源系统平台建设的解决方案:利用XAMPP集成开发环境,PHP语言,MYSQL数据库,结合CI框架中的MVC模式和bootstrap样式界面美化来实现了农产品的溯源查询,管理员发布信息,种植人员记录生长情况,企业人员管理销售等模块信息,为管理者们提供可视化,可操作的友好界面。同时,也增加了产品介绍,新闻介绍,公告管理等功能,为消费者提供更多关于该农产品的信息,让消费者清楚的了解到整个农产品从生长到在市场销售的全过程,增强他们对农产品质量安全的信心。

--Lishui Fujiabian Project Case

ABSTRACT

With the improvement of people’s living standards, people have pay more and more attention on the safety of agricultural products’ quality, and no longer are they satisfied with the amount of gradually rich agricultural products,they also require quality assurance. Especially in the recent years, frequent outbreaks of food safety issues have made consumers propose new level requirements of the quality and safety of agricultural products.

Traceability system, as an important way of management of agricultural products’ quality and safety,in the whole supply process of agricultural product , it records the relevant information of agricultural products’ all aspects and offers quality assurance for consumers. When there are problems of quality and safety of agricultural products,we can inquiry the problems production or processing link effectively and quickly through traceability system,if necessary, will recover agricultural products and implement targeted remedial measures in order to improve the quality level of agricultural products.

This paper studied the foreign traceability system construction and analyzed the current situation of domestic traceability system construction ,proposed the establishment to Lishui Fujiabian project cases of agricultural intelligence platform of agricultural product quality traceability system. Through the analysis and research of the traceability system of domestic and foreign,combined with the specific circumstance of Lishui Fujiabian ,this paper carried on the system analysis of functional requirements and performance requirements,thus design the overall framework of the system. Base on the the process of agricultural products’ cultivation,production and sales,the paper offers a solution of traceability system platform construction:use XAMPP integrated development environment and PHP language,MYSQL database,plus framework of CI in the MVC pattern and bootstrap style for beautifying the interface to achieve the traceability query of agricultural products ,administrator’s publishing information, planting administrator’s recording growth, and enterprise administrator’s managing sales module information and so on in order to provide visual operation and friendly interface for managers. At the same time, there are functions of production introduction,news reports and announcement management showing in the interface for offering more information about agricultural products for consumers, more important, it clearly shows the whole process of the agricultural products from growth to the table,and enhance consumers’ confidence in the quality and safety of agricultural products.
