摘 要

当今社会是飞速进步的世界，原有的记录方式已经被现代社会所淘汰了，计算机化管理正是适应时代的产物。信息世界永远不会是一个平静的世界，当一种技术不能满足需求时，就会有新的技术诞生并取代旧的技术。进入信息时代以来，随着电脑与网络技术的日逐发达，电子商务空前发展，企业之间的竞争已经从有形的市场逐渐转向了网络。而相应的企业管理也都逐步进入信息化、规范化的轨道——申请审批管理系统就应运而生了。所谓设备申请审批管理系统，是指设备申请审批管理电子信息化，该系统是针对银行设备申请审批而做的一个管理系统。

本文是介绍一个建立在成熟的Internet之上的设备审批管理系统,在系统需求分析过程中，我们采用会议讨论法获取用户需求，根据用户需求设计用例图，采用用例驱动模型与用户进行交流，确定系统功能模块。根据需求分析过程获取的用例图，设计系统类图，确定类之间的关系，对系统进行详细分析。在具体实施过程中，运用面向对象的开发方法，系统采取B/S结构，使用Spring开发框架，Java作为主要的开发语言，Oracle作为后台数据库。

Abstract

In today's society is rapid progress of the world, the original recording mode has been eliminated by society, computerized management is adapt to the product of the era. The information is never a peaceful world, when a technology can not meet the demand, there would be a new technology was born and replace the old technology. Into the information age since, along with the computer and network technology developed by the day, the electronic commerce unprecedented development, the competition between the enterprises have gradually turned to the visible from the market network. And the corresponding enterprise management also gradually entered the informatization orbit, standardization-the application for the examination and approval administration system is made. The so-called equipment application and approval management system, it is to point to equipment management of electronic information application and approval, the system is for bank equipment and application and approval of a management system.

This paper is to introduce a based on mature Internet equipment management system on the examination and approval, the system requirements in the process of analysis, we use the method of user demand for meeting, according to customer demand design use case diagram, using cases model and communicate drive users, to determine the system function module. According to the demand analysis process of the gain of use case diagram, the class diagram design system, to determine the relationship between classes, makes a detailed analysis on the system. In the concrete implementation process, the use of object-oriented development method, the system take the B/S structure, use Spring development framework, Java as a major development language, Oracle as backend database.

1.1 目的及意义

随着我国经济的飞速发展，为了适应信息时代发展，银行业发展迅猛，而各家银行对于自助银行的管理要求更加严格。其中银行的自助设备自然也是重中之重。

设备申请审批管理，是针对银行设备申请审批而做的一个管理系统。目前好多银行还停留在手工记录数据的最初阶段，手工记录对于规模小的银行来说还勉强可以接受，但是对于数据量比较庞大，需要记录存档的数据比较多的银行来说，人工记录是相当麻烦的。而且当查找某条记录时，由于数据量庞大，还只能靠人工去一条条的查找，这样不但麻烦，还浪费了人力，效率极其低下。

该毕业设计是对于银行的增加设备的申请审批流程做一个比较严格的管理系统，使其实现对设备新增的申请管理、考察管理及审批管理等等，方便银行总行对下属银行的新增设备情况的了解和管理。 最主要的目的如下：
