摘 要

当前，随着第三代移动通信技术（3G）的高速发展和其明显的优点，人们对3G通信越来越渴望。从3G牌照的开始发放到现在，3G得到了越来越多用户的青睐，目前国内3G通信中的基础设施建设也越来越完备！在3G中有一个重要的组成部分，即3G销售服务系统！通过软件化、智能化的系统管理用户、产品，给3G的发展解决了很大的麻烦，提高了服务和管理的效率！

产品（套餐）管理子系统大大方便了对套餐的有效管理，无论是在套餐的查询、增加和删除上都带来了方便。系统提供了这些功能的简单易懂和易操作的用户图形管理界面，只要使用正确的账号和密码登录进系统就可以对数据库中的数据进行有效的维护。目前系统的实现有多种方式，既有C/S结构的，也有B/S结构的，本系统的开发，我运用的是B/S结构。

本系统前台采用HTML语言和CSS层叠样式表进行页面制作，后台采用Mysql数据库，通过JSP技术和Struts框架实现动态交互的效果，达到对数据库的操作以完成不同使用者对系统功能实现上的要求。本文中除了有对系统的总体设计、详细设计、功能实现介绍等主要部分外，在这之前还介绍了与系统相关的J2EE平台、网络编程技术、MVC设计模式、Struts框架、JDK选择等的基本内容的介绍。

本文分八章：第一章为绪论；第二章为主要技术及系统开发工具介绍；第三章为系统总体设计；第四章为系统详细设计及功能实现，主要分成登录模块、产品（套餐）模块，其中产品模块主要就是产品信息的查询、添加、修改、删除的实现；第五章为总结；后面是致谢、参考文献和附录。
