摘 要

随着科技的进步，3G逐渐的进入到我们的日常生活中。3G销售服务系统的建设目标就是以3G为契机，整合通信公司的IT支撑资源，利用互联网等电子化手段，建设全国统一的、全渠道、全业务的3G电子化销售管理平台，将营销触角延伸到更多的用户和合作伙伴。随着通信行业竞争的加剧，IT系统在企业整个运营中起到的作用也越来越重要。通过3G销售服务系统的建设，提高业务的管理和运营能力，成为一项重要的工作，以促进通信公司在3G业务销售和服务的发展。然而，任何大型应用系统都会涉及到员工、角色、权限等相关配置的管理，系统管理是3G销售服务系统中的重要组成部分。本课题主要是研究3G销售服务系统中系统配置部分的管理，开发实现系统管理功能中日常配置管理的一些应用。同时，此次的销售系统是基于scrum敏捷模式的。Scrum模式是一种基于对于软件开发行为本质的认识，它提供了一种松散的框架，让我们使用一种探索性的流程方法来组织本来就是探索性的开发过程；从根本上满足了软件开发本身对于流程的需求。

Abstract

With advances in technology, 3G gradually into our daily life. 3G sales service system, the goal of building is to 3G as an opportunity to integrate the company's IT support resources, communications, use of the Internet and other electronic means of building national unity, all channels, full-service management platform for 3G e-sales, marketing reach will extend to more users and partners. As the communications industry, competition, IT systems in the enterprise the role of the operations has become increasingly important. Scrum model is based on behavior for the understanding of the nature of software development, it provides a loose framework, let us use a exploratory process has always been exploring ways to organize the process of development; from software development to meet the fundamental the demand for the process itself
