摘 要

当今的科学技术日新月异，科技的发展加快了人类的脚步，让人们的生活发生翻天覆地的变化，信息化时代的到来更是将人类文明领入一个崭新的时代，而在这个鼎盛时代背景下快速发展的计算机技术更是让各种行业在计算机技术应用方面得到了全面的普及和应用。从而得知，应用B/S技术的医院在线挂号系统也正在凭借它便利、快捷、节约资源的优势使人们摒弃曾经老套的预约挂号方式，节省了人们的时间，简缩了挂号流程，方便了人们生活，将工作效率大大提高。减轻工作人员的工作量，更将失误率降到最低。此程序系统的课题是医院在线挂号系统的设计与开发，设计主要针对的是医院对患者预约挂号的管理。将医院的手工或半手工的管理模式做出突破与改变、为规范和标准医院挂号工作、便捷人们工作与生活是此程序系统的课题设计的目的所在。

本系统我们所采用的体系结构是B/S模式，在B/S模式的基础上，我将会用自己所熟悉的JSP技术作为开发语言，另外需要一个稳定的数据库来保存数据，所以数据库选择了MySQL。我希望医院在线挂号系统的设计与开发在某种程度上大大提高了患者在医院网页端上挂号的速度，充分体现了互联网时代。

Abstract

Todayundefineds science and technology are changing with each passing day, the development of science and technology has accelerated the pace of human beings, so that peopleundefineds lives have undergone earth-shaking changes, the arrival of the information age is to lead human civilization into a new era. In this heyday, the rapid development of computer technology has made the application of computer technology in various industries have been popularized and applied in an all-round way. As a result, the hospital online registration system based on B / S technology is also making people abandon the old way of booking registration, save peopleundefineds time and shorten the registration process by virtue of its convenience, rapidity and resource saving. It is convenient for people to live and greatly improve the efficiency of their work. Reduce the workload of staff, but also reduce the error rate to a minimum. The subject of this program system is the design and development of hospital online registration system, which is mainly aimed at the management of patient reservation registration in hospital. To break through and change the manual or semi-manual management mode of the hospital, in order to standardize and standard hospital registration work, convenient peopleundefineds work and life is the purpose of the subject design of this program system.

The architecture we use in this system is B / S mode. On the basis of B / S mode, I will use my familiar JSP technology as the development language, and I will need a stable database to save the data. So the database chose MySQL.. 在当今这个互联网时代，很多时候都离不开信息处理，而计算机正是处理这些信息的工具，而常见的体系结构有B/S。计算机的优点是能够将信息进行管理化以及信息控制化，不仅仅提高了安全性，并且大大增加了任务速度。

计算机能够将复杂的信息进行简单化。一个信息管理系统需要被一台计算机去开发，在有了工具之后，我们所需要做的就是系统开发的事情了。本系统就是为了方便患者在网上预约挂号以及方便医院提前了解患者状况。
