摘 要

互联网的普及给人们带来越来越多的便利。因此如果把城市人防工程信息管理与互联网结合起来，利用java技术建设城市人防工程信息管理系统，实现城市人防工程信息管理的网络化。

城市人防工程信息管理系统能够通过互联网得到广泛的、全面的宣传，让尽可能多的城市、城市人防工程信息管理管理者了解和熟知城市人防工程信息管理系统的高效便捷的管理优势，不仅为群众提供了服务，而且也推广了自己，让更多的群众了解自己。对于城市而言，若拥有自己的城市人防工程信息管理系统，通过城市人防工程信息管理系统让城市的管理提上一个新台阶，同时提升了城市形象。

Abstract

The popularization of the Internet brings more and more convenience to people without needing to say more. So if you combine urban civil defense engineering information management and the Internet, using Java technology construction of urban civil defense project information management system, realize the network of urban civil defense project information management .
