摘 要

随着互联网的快速发展，为了满足各种行业业务的有效管理，电子商务技术受到了更多人的亲睐。随着现代人们对办公地点以及对时间的要求苛刻，必须找到一种能够帮助人们解决这种问题的技术，电子商务技术也随之运用而生。慢慢的变为人们生活中不可替代的一部分。随着技术的更新换代，电子商务技术应用于药品行业已经逐渐成熟，在未来电子商务技术会全面应用于其他行业。

本文以Java程序语言开发技术，使用数据库，实现了一个基于Java的药房信息管理系统桌面应用程序，该系统分为一个数据库和一个图形GUI界面系统，文章以在此基础上实现的功能模块主要包括：用户管理、进货管理、退货管理、存货管理，价格管理、订单管理、销售管理。通过这几个模块的设计，基本实现整个系统的药品管理过程。论文根据该系统的需求分析做出具体的设计，针对系统的功能和图形的界面进行相对应的测试，并且在测试过程中去分析存在的问题，然后做出相对应的处理；

为了让系统用户能够顺利的完成药品的管理，系统在进货管理上采用了事先读取数据库中的数据设计，在输入数据时，可以选择药品和生厂商，这个设计可以让系统用户在下次进货不需要输入药品的名字和生厂商，节省时间，从而顺利的完成整个系统的管理。该系统设计的界面较为友好，符合大众的审美观。

The Pharmacy Management Information System Developed by Java

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of the Internet, in order to meet the effective management of various industries, e-commerce technology has attracted more and more people's favor. With modern people demanding office space and time, it is important to find a technology that can help people solve this problem. Slowly become an irreplaceable part of people's life. With the upgrading of technology, e-commerce technology is becoming more and more mature in the pharmaceutical industry. In the future, e-commerce technology will be fully applied in other industries.

Based on the Java programming language development technology, this paper use a database, implements a pharmacy information management system based on Java desktop applications, the system is divided into a database and a graphical GUI interface system, the article on the basis of the implementation of function module mainly includes: user management, purchase management, returns management, inventory management, price management, order management, sales management. Through the design of these modules, the drug management process of the whole system is basically realized. Paper according to the demand analysis of the system to make the design of the concrete, in view of the system function and graphical interface to the corresponding test, and in the testing process to analyze the existing problems and then make the corresponding processing.

In order to let the users of the system would be able to complete the management of drug in purchase management systems used in the prior to read data in the database design, in the input data, can choose drug and manufacturer, this design allows users of the system at the next purchase don't need to input the name of the drug and manufacturers, save time, to smoothly complete the management of the whole system. The system is designed with a friendly interface, which is in line with the public's aesthetics.

1.1.1 研究的目的

随着我国的科技飞速的发展，人民的生活质量不断的提高，但是生活水平的提高却带来各种疾病的困扰，人口的快速增加和病人的增加导致了药品的供不应求，各国不断科研各种新的药品和一些针对特殊病情的使用的特殊药物，并且不断涌入我国市场，使其与国内生产的药物产生激烈的竞争。随着我国的医疗制度的不断完善，以及对药品市场价格的有效控制，并且国家规定在药品价格的一定范围内，可以自主定价，这样就使得了我国药品的采购方式更加的多样化和灵活化，但是药品的增加，各种的问题扑面而来，药店必须加强对各种药品的有效管理。

我国自改革开发以来，加快了各个行业的发展。尤其是医疗行业蒸蒸日上，各种新药不断出现在我国市场，但是我国较于其他国家的药品管理制度较为落后，我国药品管理长期是人工工作，人工记录各种药品信息，但是很难准确、及时获取记录的信息，浪费大量的时间，随着计算机的发展，以及电子商务的出现，药品工作出现了转机，用计算机来代替传统的人工记录信息，人工操作计算机，可以及时、第一时间获取药品的信息，这样大大减轻工作人员的工作量，提高工作效率。
