摘 要

随着城市经济的发展以及越来越多的用车需求，越来越多的人们都有购置汽车的想法，身边想买二手车的朋友也有不少，但大多数都对二手车的质量以及交易流程存在或多或少的疑虑。二手车最大的吸引力就是价格相对便宜，但购买二手车并不是一件容易的事，如果缺乏经验极有可能上当受骗。只有从二手车的手续资料和车辆实际状况两方面同时加以考核，才能够买回一辆既“身家清白”又具有优越性能的二手好车。出于对具有这方面需求的广大用户的方便性来说，推出二手车交易平台让更多的人们放心购买二手车，通过我们的系统给人们的生活带来方便使我们的根本目的。

本设计是基于javaWeb开发的二手交易平台，数据库采用当前流行的mySql，目标如下：能让用户在网站上快速的浏览想查找的产品以及服务，并通过注册能够在网上进行各方面的操作；并且可以实现不同的登录者可用不同身份登录达到访问的目的，并且能交互地解决一些具体的问题。除此之外，我们还特地增设洗车和修车的便民利民服务，可以让广大消费者在我们的系统中感受到现代都市生活的便捷。

ABSTRACT

With the development of city economy and the growing demand for cars, more and more people are buying cars around the idea of want to buy second-hand car also has a lot of friends, but most of the quality and the transaction process of used cars are more or less doubt. The biggest attraction of used cars is that the price is relatively cheap, but buying a used car is not an easy one. If you lack experience, you may be cheated. Only from the use of second-hand vehicles and the actual situation of vehicles in the two aspects of the assessment, to be able to buy back a "net worth", but also with superior performance of second-hand car. For the convenience of users has the demand for the launch of second-hand car trading platform to allow more people to buy second-hand car, through our system brings convenience to people's lives to our fundamental purpose.

This design is the secondary trading platform developed based on javaWeb database, using the popular mySql, goals are as follows: to allow users to quickly browse the website to find the products and services, and all aspects of the operation on the Internet through the registration can; and can achieve different login available to access different log on to and, to interactively solve some specific problems. In addition, we have specially added the convenience of washing cars and repairing cars to help the people, so that consumers can feel the convenience of modern urban life in our system.

1.1 课题研究背景和意义

二手车交易平台的研究目的是在实现国内现有二手车网上交易的基本功能基础之上，结合B2B、B2C、C2C三种电子商务模式的优势，设计并实现一个适合国内现阶段二手车市场的电子商务平台，为用户提供了一个信息及时、准确有效的二手车网上交易市场，提高二手车在全国的交易效率和市场流通，降低二手车异地交易成本， 扩大二手车辆资源的利用率。针对消费者对二手车信息不信任的心理，对发布信息进行 严格控制，保证二手车信息的真实性，提高信誉度。 为了最大程度地了解人们的需求，收集人们的需求，满足人们的需求，二手汽车交易平台恰好满足某一部分群体的需求。

随着计算机科学的发展，互联网的全球化热潮使人类社会进入了一个新的信息时代，为广大网络用户提供了更加周到和个性化的服务。而电子商务是信息时代商务模式的实质性变革，是未来贸易方式的发展方向。电子商务技术的发展推动了全球经济的发展，网上政府、网上商店、网上交易等等又推动了电子商务技术的发展。 随着电子商务的逐渐发展壮大，许多传统的商务行为在互联网络上有了更好的发挥。二手汽车市场可以说是一个典型的例子，比起传统的二手交易，网上二手交易相比传统经营模式更加便捷，且实时性强，信息资源丰富，发展空间巨大。设计和实现二手汽车交易平台，必须解决电子商务系统的技术结构设计以及建设过程中涉及的技术问题，再配合其他方案，建成完整的电子商务系统。
